You can add a bassinet on either or both seats to make this an ideal travel system.
The four tires made of rubber are great for pavements as well as urban terrain. However, they were not designed for off-roading. They had trouble with gravel and long grass and there was not enough clearance between the wheel bracket and wheel and mud sank easily. Our tester loved this buggy, and it was able to climb some beautiful muddy hills.

The Joie Evalite Duo is a great double buggy for beginners as it offers excellent value for money and is easy to maneuver. It is also extremely light and easy to push over long distances. It also features a high-quality suspension system, which ensures a smooth ride for both parents and children.
This is an elegant and practical city buggy that can be used for twins or a baby and toddler or even three kids with the addition of UPPAbaby's 'PiggyBack' board (sold separately). The tough pneumatic tyres, that are easy to clean, provide a smooth ride when running. The 360-degree swivel wheel is able to be locked in place to allow for easier maneuvering around town. The one-pedal, easy lock brake is also easy to use.
Our test participants found that the Nipper Double is incredibly easy to navigate, even on bumpy terrain or when turning on the middle of a busy road. The fact that the seats can be reclined independently was a big hit.
The hoods were also easy to adjust for sun or wind protection. They didn't provide as much coverage as the Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It's probably worth having an additional rain cover in the case.
Overall, our test participants were impressed by the Nipper double's capacity to let them take their twin daughters Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures. From exploring the forest for wildlife to rushing to a park to play with their friends, they loved it. They were also awed by how cosy and spacious the two seats are, with plenty of room for toddlers growing to stretch out in. Our testers did mention, however, that the lack of parent-facing seating and the inability to use car seats with this buggy was a drawback, and they would like to have more storage space to store shopping items and other accessories.
